Tips for the Hunt

Pencil, never pen. You will need to reconsider. A crossed-out name should still be legible underneath — cross out in a single thin stroke, not a scribble.
Work in acts. The clues are grouped for a reason. Finish eliminating for one act before you move to the next — jumping ahead only tangles your reasoning.
One clue at a time. Apply a single clue across every page before starting the next one. Trying to hold two clues in your head at once is how innocents get missed.
Keep the page legible. Thin strokes mean you (and anyone comparing notes with you) can still read every name once it's crossed out.
Compare notes, don't compare answers. Join the reader community groups — they compare reasoning, flag misreadings, and catch each other's mistakes. It is, by design, easier to solve together.
Never post the final name uncensored. If you share your solve online, black it out or spell it sideways. Let the next reader earn it the way you did.
